Certificate entitles holder to two hours of tax perparation done by Bob Hilby CPA (over 30 years experience) for their 2019 Federal and State Income Tax Return and/or general tax consultation. 

Two hours should be sufficient to complete 95% of individual/joint returns including those with invetment property and/or a small business.
