Tour & Tasting for Six with Case of Tempranillo

What Hagafen does is make stunning, small-batch wine that pays homage to age-old customs and lineage. Owner and winemaker Ernie Weir’s daily involvement in both grape growing and winemaking, ensures the superb quality of the wines.

Hagafen wines have been served at White House state dinners for thirty-five years. A country or issue is the dinners purpose, and the wine has to augment that. The wines selected must bring a sense of “presence” when they are paired with food.

During your tour and tasting at the Winery, you’ll taste Hagafen’s Current Release or Reserve Prix wines. You’ll leave with a case of Hagafen Cellars 2015 Don Ernesto’s Clarinet Tempranillo. From the Lodi appellation, the wine greets you with aromas of black cherry, lavender and rose hips quickly balanced with a touch of cardamom and spice.

Case of wine can be shipped at bearer’s expense. Tours are held in the morning only, Sunday through Friday. Holidays excluded.  Valid until May 5, 2020.
