This is a journal that supports (almost like a companion) the mindful eating experience. It is a space for observing the eating experience on multiple levels, such as what's going on around you, inside you, and at levels of experience we often don't slow down enough to notice. It has 72 journal entries and is spiral-bound for ease of use. The journal has fold-out reference pages with prompts and vocabulary for identifying different elements (e.g., needs, feelings, mood, energy, values, posture, senses, thoughts) before and after mindfully eating.
