This booklet by teh Federal Civil Defense Administration is titled: United States Civil Defense: The Warden Service. It was published by the U.S. Government Printing Office, August 1951. It is publication number AG-7-1. 

This administrative guide was published ot assist civil defense directors, chief wardens, zone wardens, district wardens, and block wardens in selecting, organizing, training, and equiping the warden service. 

The booklet is 44 pages and in excellent shape. It is a perfect addition to a collector of CD memorabilia or a historian of that period.
