"What a delightful honey jar. After ordering and receiving my first jar, my husband was so impressed with the quality he said to order 4 more; one to be used as a gift and the rest for me. My intentions are to fill them with sugar and use them on my Christmas guest tables. Why all the sugar? I always serve homemade lefse; some guests like to sprinkle sugar on their buttered lefse. My sugar spoons fit nicely in the lids' notches. The crystal looks great with all my other crystal: butter, salt & pepper containers. FYI, the base easily holds 1 and 3/8 cups water. 1 1/2 cups reach to the brim.
