Quicksand is a quick and convenient sandwich shop close to La Ballona School that showcases a diverse range of inventive sandwiches, salads and sides. A lot of dishes have international influences which creates a sense of community by incorporating other culture's ingredients and methods, hence their motto: “United We Sand”. 

Quicksand takes great pride in sourcing fresh ingredients from all over town. They cook their own meats, make all of their dressings and soups from scratch and overall take great care in the recipes they've developed over the years.
