The Studio (MDR)™ brings the intensity of fitness guru Sebastien Lagree's Pilates-inspired workout to Marina Del Rey, Culver City and Playa Vista. The Lagree Fitness workout is a total-body program that melds together elements of Pilates, cardio training and weight-bearing activity to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind exercise program.

Please note:

• Valid for 1 class per day for 1 month from activation.


• Card must be activated within 1 year of receipt (November 2020).


• For safety and sanity reasons, everyone is required to wear non-slip, tread socks during classes. They are available for purchase at The Studio. No shoes are needed for classes.


• Bring a hand towel with you - as you will likely sweat!


• We have a water dispenser, but please bring your own non-glass water bottle.


• Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in - similar to what you would wear to the gym or a yoga class.


• We are a cashless studio.
