This listing is for a 30 minute consultation with DPT Enrique Mendoza at Orthosport Physical Therapy, located at 10190 Culver Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232. The appointment must take place on a Wednesday or Thurday night of the week at 7pm, or you can coordinate a video consultation on a Friday. Patients must be 18 and over.
