Ken Salome's photographic journey changes as the light does. Ken is primarily self-taught from many hours of photographing, editing, reading, studying, and attending workshops and exhibits.  His photographs have been recently exhibited at the Next Door Gallery, 6 Bridges Gallery, Blackstone River Theatre, among others.  Ken was a 2017 AAM "8 Visions" artist and his work was published in the Sigma 2017 Best of Photography hardcover edition.

The motion and joy of dancing was taken at the 2019 Blackstone River Theatre Summer Solstice Festival in Cumberland RI. This image was photographed using a 1/6 second shutter speed, hence the title. The dancers' smiles and visual connection captures the sheer joy of their movements and the harmony needed to perform their art. Their swirling steps and movement are on full display in their outfits. This is the first photograph from interpretation 1 of this image. kensalomephotography.com
