Karole Nicholson studied at RISD in advertising design, and afterwards worked exclusively in pastel for many years. As an artist member of the Providence Art Club, Karole has expanded her medium focus to include collage and mixed media. Award winning exhibitions include the Vose Gallery, AAM, the Providence Art Club, Next Door, True Grit, Thayer and Illuminations Galleries.
Shifting Focus reflects Karole’s exploration of other mediums and styles. This loosely worked still-life of tulips in a vase incorporates an alternative palette and a contemporary painting style, fresh and uncluttered.

This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 5-9, 2019. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
