Karole Nicholson studied at RISD in advertising design, and afterwards worked exclusively in pastel for many years. As an artist member of the Providence Art Club, Karole has expanded her medium focus to include collage and mixed media. Award winning exhibitions include the Vose Gallery, AAM, the Providence Art Club, Next Door, True Grit, Thayer and Illuminations Galleries.
Silent Bidder is a mixed media painting which was inspired by a photo taken at a past AAM auction. Karole is always amazed at how patrons review the work in the silent auction bays, intensely studying each piece. This painting tells that story using collage, drawing mediums and acrylic paint.

The Bidding Increments are as follows:
$1-99, the bidding increment is $5
$100-199, the bidding increment is $10
$200-499, the bidding increment is $20
$500-999, the bidding increment is $50
$1000 and up, the bidding increment is $100
This item can be shipped or picked up at the Attleboro Arts Museum from November 5-9, 2019. The Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. The artist retains all reproduction and copyrights.
