Marian Wrightington continues to paint anything with which she has a connection.  Living in the 1740 Capron House she appreciates everything old and historical. Scenes from Capron Park have been her inspiration for paintings often.

The artist loves and appreciates flowers and has a soft spot for everything at Capron Park. The Rose Garden was created before the Garden Club did their beautiful restoration, so Marian took a lot of artistic liberty and the end result is her fantasy garden in Capron Park.
