Chefs Table Experience for 2 at the Carnegie Inn & Spa.  This is a private table for two, only inches away from the Chef, directly in the kitchen.

Watch, listen and learn as your 10 course tasting menu is prepared, with precision detail given to every course. This is a 3 hour tasting experience (recommended start time no later than 6pm).

Chef Paul will work directly with you in order to avoid any allergies or absolute dislikes, however, it is important to keep an open mind and to be prepared to expand your palate at this one of a kind event in State College.
