Barre3 is functional training with a twist. Rooted in three fitness disciplines—ballet barre, pilates and yoga—barre3 workouts will have you feeling strong and balanced inside and out. We’re known for building lean muscles, a strong core, and long-term postural benefits.

No experience required. Our classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. We supply all props needed. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor.

It’s easy to fit exercise into your life when you can bring the kids. Minors under 18 years of age are welcome. If minors are on the premises while guardians are in class, you must purchase a play lounge package. Reservations are highly recommended. Please reserve under your name and not your child’s name.

Barre3 Ft. Thomas is a beautifully appointed space, with a lovely lounge that includes lockers, a changing room, a bathroom with a children's changing table, and all necessary toiletries. For your class needs, the studio provides towel service and purified water.

Our studio is located in the Ft. Thomas Shopping Plaza on Alexandria Pike near the Highlander Antique Mall. There is ample parking in front of the studio.
