We use the freshest and finest ingredients available, such as: Fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries, Belgian Chocolate, Fresh Farm Eggs, Oregon Red Raspberry preserves, Wisconsin premium whole butter, Madagascar vanilla bean and heavy cream.  All of our fillings are handmade in our shop to our exact preferences. For our exquisite buttercream frosting we use Normandy butter and the World’s finest Chocolate… Callebaut chocolate from Belgium.
