The deep garnet colored 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Kayli Morgan Vineyard gives up a beautiful savory/meatiness with a core of blackcurrant cordial, red currant jelly, Black Forest cake and chargrill with touches of Indian spices, star anise, cast iron pan and mossy bark with a waft of yeast extract.
