*Nolan Arenado won the 2019 Platinum Glove award making it his third consecutive Platinum Glove Award for the National League. He is the first player since the inception of the award in 2011 to win three straight years.

Nolan James Arenado  is the third baseman for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball. He made his MLB debut with the Rockies in 2013. Arenado has been considered among the top third basemen in the league both for his contributions as a hitter for power and average, as well as his defensive range and arm strength. He is the only infielder to win the Rawlings Gold Glove Award in each of his first seven MLB seasons.

On February 26, 2019, Arenado agreed to an eight-year, $260 million dollar contract extension with the Rockies.
