Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's. As an east coast native, her work reflects a love of the Atlantic Ocean, tiny fishing villages, colourful streetscapes. Cynthia's open edition reproductions carry the "Crafts of Character" symbol which recognizes quality crafts, gifts and apparel made in Newfoundland and Labrador.
