Jen Peterson, RYT and Reiki Master, has over 1,000 hours of teaching experience. Yoga session includes an assessment of goals and needs and a one-hour practice with guidance and support in postures or practicing therapeutic poses for help with health, pain, and/or other physical issues. 

Intro Session includes an assessment of goals and needs and a one-hour practice with guidance and support in postures and a home practice sequence. Tune Up session includes review of practice and continued guidance and support to learn and adapt practice to best meet your needs and goals.
