Terms & Conditions:

• This package must be booked by February 28, 2020, for travel within two (2) years of date of purchase (September 8th, 2019).

• Does not include shore excursions, specialty restaurants or other personal expenses while onboard. May be valid for only certain Royal Caribbean vessels. This Package does not include Airfare.

• Excludes Oasis Class ships and Symphony of the Seas.

• Excludes sailings to Cuba.

• Ocean View staterooms based on category N2.

• Blackout dates are last two weeks of December including Christmas and New Year’s sailings.

• Can be upgraded to include additional guests, a higher category of cabin, or applied to a different sailing at time of redemption (recipient pays difference between certificate value and lowest fare publicly available from the cruise line at the time of redemption, excluding special rate programs).

• No money is refunded if lower cost sailing is booked.

• This Package is deemed same as cash and is non-refundable and not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.

• Booking must be submitted at time of redemption and at least 21 business days prior to the sail date.

• If there are newly created government and newly created supplements or surcharges after purchase, these costs are not covered by the certificate and will be due from the holder of the certificate.

Package Redemption

Winning travel certificate of redemption will be emailed to you. Please allow 30 days for your certificate of redemption to be delivered from the time payment is received. You will need your certificate of redemption when contacting our partner travel agency for booking your travel. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. This package cannot be resold. Travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability.
