Indoor gyms cramping your style? Get outside with fellow moms and dads to soak up the sun and sweat like a champion with BeFit by Balanced Fitness for Moms! It’s always fun to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) it with your friends! Add in pushups, squats and lunges and it sounds like a fitness dream right? But for reals now, don’t let burpees scare you off. They are always more fun with a friend (we promise!), and modified for all fitness levels! Finish off with a social hour with bagels and bubbly and call it a day!
When: Saturday, April25th, 2020 - 9:30-10:30am (HIIT workout), 10:30-11:30am (bagels and bubbly)
