The Oakland Ballet School offers ballet classes for students of all skill levels, from pre-ballet through pre-professional. Our Pre-Ballet and Primary classes, geared for children ages 4-8, introduce young dancers to age appropriate ballet skills and vocabulary, with a focus on coordination, balance, and motor skills. Classes for students ages 7 and up focus on technique and presentation, with increased performance opportunities. We hope to foster an appreciation for the art and a sense of enjoyment and expression through movement for all!
