Hot Spot Yoga has a lovely new location at 2008 Park Blvd., and they have generously donated this one-month membership for unlimited classes! Their weekend and weeknight schedules make it possible for parents to find time to pose, and the vibe is very friendly and community-oriented.
Special Instructions
Juliana, a Sequoia parent, really loves the Decompression Session on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8:15pm. The class starts with a moderately-paced flow that gets the heart pumping, and then ends with long, relaxing restorative poses. Perfect for chilling out at the end of a long day!
