The house is a four bedroom, 3,700 sf single family residence, located in the city limits of Breckenridge, Colorado.   It is located on the Breckenridge golf course, and is also very close to the bike trails, skiing, fishing and downtown Breckenridge.  The house sits on a one and one half acre lot, has four bedrooms, four and a half baths, two living areas, a hot tub, washer/dryer/mud room, two large deck areas and a heated two car garage.  There are 3 king beds and a bunk room with 4 twins. It is a warm, comfortable house with a high level of finishes and furnishings, and is meant for family enjoyment. 

The house is available most times for the calendar year of 2020 only, except for the dates of:   January 1-6; February 14-17; March 13-22; June 28-6; All of August
