- The membership is good for only ONE person and ONE Membership.
- Restrictions apply as a blanket coverage and pertain mostly to the height of your child.

Winning Bidder will be contacted via email to arrange for item pickup or shipping. Winner is responsible for item pickup from FMCCS office or shipping costs.
