I grew up in Oak Bluffs and went through the school system here on the Vineyard, and although I am now married and have moved off island this place is still home. My dad, Phil Hughes, has been sponsoring a bass for two years now and has asked me to be his artist. Wheel Happy was the inspiration for the fish this year and we hope everyone enjoys it!
