This 10 Year Commemorative Hazeltine corkscrew was maded to celebrate UHCCF's 10th Annual Golf Classic at Hazeltine National Golf Club. 

The corkscrew is made of stainless steel and is laser engraved with the 10th anniversary logo.  It comes in a pinewood box with the logo burned in the wood.  It can be used to open beer and wine bottles.
