90 minute session in your home - We will spend the session going through your pantry, kitchen or household products and discuss and clean out the unhealthy/toxic products and organizing what you have. I will discuss what items should be replaced and how to find other products to fill in the gap. I will leave you with a list of ingredients found in products that are unhealthy and descriptions of why you don't want them.
