1 (one) hour Physical Therapy Evaluation/Screening for Athlete of any level. Screening can be injury specific, 2nd opinion on an injury or preventative for your younger athlete. Not limited to athletes, but perfect for your baseball star or golf prodigy.

Your session will include evaluation, treatment and developement of a plan for injury resolution and prevention. This evaluation will be performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy that is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and has worked with athletes for the NBA, NFL, MLB, NCAA and Professional Boxing.
