Maiden Lane Studios opened in 2012 at 80 Maiden Lane, as San Francisco’s premier studio for Lifestyle Fitness™, setting a new standard for high-quality fitness and lifestyle services ever since. The studio was created out of a desire to provide more effective, thoughtful, and intelligent Pilates, barre, and yoga training, all set in a chic yet warm environment.
We find that smaller, intimate-sized classes, and highly trained and experienced instructors and staff, set us apart from the big-box gyms and even other boutique studios. Maiden Lane Studios is owned by Bay Area natives and is proudly owner-operated as well.
