Come experience Japan via a 10 minute Uber ride instead of a 10 hour flight. Two Japanese native moms, Nozomi Hao (Leo 6th,) and Sachiko Rosenfeld (Kent 7th), with the help of honorary Japanese mom Chris Nooney (Truman 7th), will make an assortment of traditional Japanese dishes tailored to your requests. New Cathedral and wine making family Lynn and Anisya Fritz (Adam 7th), owners of Lynmar Estate (https://lynmarestate.com), will supply wines paired to the menu. This year's extravaganza will include a Tempura making demonstration.

Sample menu: tempura, grilled ahi tuna steak with mayer lemon soy sauce, grilled pork with vinegar sesame sauce, sushi, chirashi, chicken karaage, daikon radish salad, tofu salad, assorted sashimi, chocolate and green tea puffs from Beard Papa.

Time: 5:30 pm until the food and wine is consumed
