You're bidding on a beautiful ski-in, ski-out 3-bedroom, 4-bath townhome located right on the Tempest trail at Sunday River in Newry, Maine. Three levels of living: (i) a finished, walk-out basement with storage for skis and boots, right off the trail; (ii) a fully appointed kitchen and spacious living room with fireplace and beautiful view; and (iii) 3 bedrooms, with one king-sized bed and four twin beds. WIFI and all home amenities (linens, towels, appliances, etc.) are available to you.
Sunday River is known for its extensive snowmaking, variety of trails, and excellent grooming.
Availability is your choice of:
5 Nights/Sunday-Thursday (arriving no earlier than 5:00 pm on Sunday, departing by 4:00 pm on Friday) OR
2 Nights/Friday and Saturday (arriving no earlier than 5:00 pm on Friday, departing by 5:00 pm on Sunday)
Black-out dates: December 23, 2019 - January 5, 2020
Must be used by April 1, 2020. (Alternatively, arrangements can be made for a time in the summer or autumn of 2020.)
Special Instructions
* All items may be picked up at one of the YMCA of the North Shore's locations (Cape Ann YMCA, Greater Beverly YMCA, Haverhill YMCA, Ipswich Family YMCA, Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA, Plaistow Community YMCA, Salem YMCA). If the winning bidder is unable to pick up an item, it will be shipped via industry standard shipping method and price. This amount will be added to the total cost.
