Chinese dumpling making lesson taught by Mason-Rice parent, Sylvia Eng, mom to Bryson (5th grade) and Cohen Lee (2nd grade)!

In this 2-3 hour in-home lesson, Sylvia will teach you techniques to make your own dumplings and dipping sauces at home. Learn to fold and form dumplings using ready-made skins, and also learn to make homemade dumping skins from scratch. Sylvia will work with the winner to offer a vegetarian or meat choice option for about 100 dumplings.

All ingredients and a basket of select ingredients for sauces will be included along with recipes for Chinese dumplings so the winner can replicate the recipes after the lesson. 

To sweeten the deal, Sylvia will provide a homemade dessert for the winning bidder if the bid exceeds $100!
