Description
Ranger Café @ West Shore is operated by the Chef Instructors and students in the Culinary Arts/ProStart program at the West Shore Career-Technical District. Established in 1993, this hands-on industry based program in restaurant management and food service prepares students for professional culinary programs, immediate employment, and/or further education.
Throughout the school year, students plan, prepare, and serve a variety of foods and culinary delights for breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and special events in our community.
Noted Cleveland food writer Laura Taxel stopped by the Ranger Cafe at West Shore and liked it so much she called it The Best School Lunch Ever.

Special Instructions
Good for lunch on Tuesdays or Wednesdays througout the school year from 12-1:30pm.
Reservations required. Call 216-529-4165 and select "1" for reservations.

School Closing Reminder: When Lakewood High School is closed for inclement weather, a school holiday, or any other reason; Ranger Cafe will be closed as well.
