Kansas City-style smoked BBQ for 30 people prepared by Pit Master, Todd Vasko.  Todd has competed for years in a number of national barbeque competitions and would like to bring the taste of Kansas City to your backyard.  Todd will prepare your Kansas City-style brisket, sausage, ribs and pulled pork accompanied by sweet and spicy homemade sauces and bring to your home.  He will also provide all the fixings to include homemade smoked macaroni and cheese, smoked beans, potato salad, coleslaw and cornbread pudding.
