Let's make Ravioli or Gnocchi! Enjoy and evening up on Capitol Hill.  This class, taught by native Italian Andrea Florissi, is good for up to four people.  Attendees will learn to make ravioli or gnocchi (your choice) and then enjoy your creations at the end of class.
