A Beautiful Lawn Doesn’t Happen by Itself

This great package includes:

Spring Start Up-check and clean all heads to insure maximum operation and coverage of lawn and bed areas. Inspect the system including inside pipes, valves and controller for the growing season and test back up battery, if applicable. (Appointment between the months of April and May.)

Monthly Inspection-run entire system, checking all valves, lines, heads and the controller for proper operation. Check the appearance and health of landscape lawn and shrubs. (1 visit per month June, July, August, and September.)

Winterization-Winterize system by shutting down water supply, blow out each zone, shut down controller, seal and tag system. (Appointment between the months of September & October.)

*Value of package ranges between $400-$750, depending on size of property.

Special Notes:

• Service Location must be in Oakland, Wayne or Livingston County.

• The cost of labor and materials for repairs made are NOT INCLUDED.

• System not to exceed 24 zones and only 1 water source.

• Technicians will be collecting payment for services rendered upon completion of work.

• It is the property owner’s responsibility to call & schedule the services.

• Valid for the 2020 season.
