• the event date selection is based on the current schedule availability


• maximum of 200 guests


• the recipient is required to sign a Venue Use Agreement and select catering from Copper Kitchen, Hoopla, The Corner Pantry, or True Chesapeake


• use requires a $500 good faith deposit


• tables for dining and cocktail including 200 chairs 


• a Bridal Suite, outdoor courtyard, hi-def projection, and sound hook-ups for DJ


• valet parking is needed and not included in this package
