Sales tax applies when required by law. If the winning bidder has not picked up their item from the Stewards office by December 13, Stewards will mail or ship the item to the address provided. Shipping / mailing costs apply and may be charged to the credit card on file. If the winning bidder has not picked up their item and has not provided a valid shipping address, the item will be forfeited and the sale considered void within 30 days. Then the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to Stewards, and the item may be resold at a future auction.
