Jodi Krizer Graber, a certified health coach, is the founder and director of Bravo! Wellness, LLC, a company whose passion and mission is to support and help individuals recover from the struggles of emotional eating, sugar addiction and eating disorders. After a life-long obsession with sugar and battle with perfectionism, Jodi was diagnosed with bulimia and credits her therapist and holistic healer for guiding her to a life she loves and is grateful for every day. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the school's advanced Immersion program. She had the extraordinary opportunity to learn from leaders in the field of self-growth, nutrition and functional medicine including Dr. Oz, Dr. Andrew Weil, Dr. Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, Geneen Roth, (the late) Debbie Ford and Joshua Rosenthal.
