An Individual Income Tax Return with a Corresponding Residential State Return

This would be for the tax year 2019 and any single, resident, state tax return would be included.

The winner would meet in person with the donor ((who must see the prior year's returns and must get certain non-tax documents (driver's license(s), SSNs and dates of birth)).
