Certificate is to be used in 1 session, within Manhattan borough.
It is valid for weekdays only between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm.
It does NOT include attics, basements, garages or storage units outside the home.
No smoking, no guns, drugs or alcohol allowed while I am on premises. Any medium to large dog will have to be secured in separate area, small dogs and cats are OK.
I reserve the right to refuse service, or leave the site job unfinished if I feel any of these rules have been violated, there are sick individuals or neighborhood is not safe. Certificate expires within 6 months of date of event.
