Wine Country CrossFit Napa, CA -Three (3) Aerial Arts classes

Get started in the exciting world of Aerial Silks. Build strength and have fun at the same time. This gift certificate will set you up to learn the basics. Start with Wine Country CrossFit's Aerial Basics classes, held on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 5:30 p.m. 

Take the classes yourself or give it as a creative gift! Not only will it help get you into great shape, but it is also incredibly fun. A guaranteed conversation starter too!

At Wine Country CrossFit you will find a unique, fun opportunity for people of all fitness levels and body types to build strength, gain flexibility and improve coordination while learning the beautiful art of Aerial Silks. We keep our classes small to ensure a safe experience with plenty of personal attention.

Our beginner students start by learning skills close to the ground, building a strong foundation in the basics such as climbing and inverting. As students advance, they can begin to practice skills higher in the air and will learn more complicated moves such as drops and flips. Eventually, we start putting together the moves we learn into simple sequences and finally into fully choreographed routines set to a variety of musical styles.
