In our 45-minute Boot Camp & TRX classes, you’ll use your body weight, gravity and TRX Training equipment to push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge and plank your way to a better you. Expect to move, sweat, shuffle, and above all, have a kick-ass workout experience. Some classes challenge you with a single piece of training equipment, some use a broad mix of training tools, but they all deliver incredible results.
Every class delivers a total-body workout with a warm up and a cool down. Expect to be challenged and guess what, you can modify the exercises in all of our classes to get the perfect workout for your fitness level.

Special Instructions
Local delivery or pickup only in Napa, CA. Winning bidders may pick up their items or certificates for items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for February break from February 17-21.) Items not picked up by February 28 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and certificates ship for free.)
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
