Wine Country CrossFit in Napa, CA - Six (6) XFit Teen Classes
Get your children moving and started on a healthy lifestyle path with CrossFit.
Teens 12 to 16 love our CrossFit Teens class. We start with a warm-up, then teach a skill, and perform the Workout-of-the-Day, followed by a game or challenge. Using weightlifting, gymnastics and cardiovascular training, our teens develop the skills of well-rounded athletes. CrossFit Teens helps teens get healthy and fit, raises their self-esteem and builds self-confidence and strength in the body. It works wonders as a stand-alone strength and conditioning program, or as an addition to sport-specific training.
Please note that our kids' classes follow the NVUSD schedule. When school is out we do NOT have our CrossFit Kids or Teen Classes.

Local delivery or pickup only in Napa, CA. Winning bidders may pick up their items or certificates for items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Note that the school will be closed for February break from February 17-21.) Items not picked up by February 28 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and certificates ship for free.)
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
