Boyd 2018 Sauvignon Blanc: The wine has notes of tropical fruit flavors with hints of white peach and pear. It is a bright and refreshing wine with a burst of lemon zest and a delicate minerality. Another perfect summer day wine.
Boyd 2014 Estate Merlot: The varietal that started it all for Boyd Family Vineyards! After aging in 70% Nadalie and Taransaud barrels for 22 months, the Merlot was blended with 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Malbec from the Napa Valley. This blend accentuates the black fruit of Merlot with vanilla overtones that express the deep rich flavors of our vineyard.
Boyd 2015 Big Ranch Cuvee: A proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah that is soft, juicy and ready to enjoy!!

Beginning in 1998 when we purchased our property on Big Ranch Road in Napa, we held a vision that very special wines and memories could be created in this location. Since then over 20,000 vines of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Viognier and Cabernet Sauvignon have been planted, tended, nurtured, harvested, crushed and coaxed into fine wine.
The vineyard is located in the Oak Knoll District of the Napa Valley which is known for its slightly cooler climate and heavy clay soils. This environment produces ultra-premium Merlot and Syrah used in many of Napa Valley's most sought after wines.
Today, while we still sell over 50% of our grapes to other premium wineries, we also produce very limited quantities of ultra-premium wine. Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT. (Note that the school will be closed for February break from February 17-21.) Items not picked up by February 28 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 11, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 10 if you plan to pick up.
