Mayacamas 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon - 1 Bottle, 750ML
This wine is very vibrant and youthful in color, with a nose of violet, red plum, raspberry, licorice, and spice. On the palate, a splash of more intense red cherries washes in, along with an edge of black tea, tobacco, mint, and a finish that is long with blackberries. The acidity is fresh, and the tannins are unified and supporting. Structurally, this is an elegant, food-friendly Cabernet Sauvignon, middle-weight, deep, and intense, with an old-world expression.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT. (Note that the school will be closed for February break from February 17-21.) Items not picked up by February 28 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 11, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 10 if you plan to pick up.
