2013 1½ Acre Red Blend - 1 Bottle
The 1½ Acre Theater of Nature block on our Rutherford Estate is the pure expression of the site, vintage and the perfect harmony of the four varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Our red blend encapsulates the harmonious, interconnectedness of nature and wine. The grapes in this blend were grown Biodynamically and origanically to create a truly harmonious expression of our estate. The 1½ Acre opens with alluring aromas of rose petal and fresh golden raspberry with floral notes. This soft and supple blend emanates baking spice, star, anise and notes of an earthy forest floor with a soft white peppery spice finish. Well-balanced, this wine will age beautifully for another 25 to 30 years but is very inviting now.

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items at Stone Bridge School in Napa from Tuesday, February 11 to Friday, February 28, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT. (Note that the school will be closed for February break from February 17-21.) Items not picked up by February 28 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs.
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped (if possible) on or around Tuesday, February 11, unless you tell us that you do wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 10 if you plan to pick up.
