* intro session (health history, activity history, goal setting, movement evaluation, Q&A for the girls)
* 2 training sessions (dynamic warm up, strength training, conditioning, cool down)
Alli McKee is the founder of Raising Strength - a physical and mental training program designed to empower teenage girls with the knowledge , athleticism, and confidence to live their best life.
Special Instructions
Item pick up will be at Capri Elementary March 17-19, from 1pm-3pm. Any unclaimed item after June 19 becomes property of Capri Elementary Auction Committee.
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
