Rocket Launching Party
3 – 2 – 1, BLAST OFF!!! Who’s up for a Rocket Launching Party?!? Come join Mr. Girod, Capri’s science teacher, at the Encinitas YMCA baseball field for a safe, fun, and exciting day of launching rockets. After that, we will walk down the street to IN-N-OUT for lunch.
We will perform 4 different kinds of rocket experiments:
•Film canister rockets with AlkaSeltzer and water
•Bottle rockets with vinegar and baking soda
•Bottle rockets with pressurized water
•Compressed air-powered rockets that launch hundreds of feet high!
You’ll even get to take home your own rocket, that you build and launch, as a souvenir!!!
You will join 3 other winning bidders.
